Creating Multiple Mail Boxes

Multiple Mail Boxes

Spam-Stopper is not hard to use. Simply follow the instructions below. If you need any help or have any questions, please feel free to contact our technical support department.

There may be times that you want to create additional mail boxes.
To create a new mail box, simply click on the "Create a NEW MailBox" option on the members page and type in the name of the mail box name that you would like to create.

After you create a new mail box,
or block spam to an email address that you gave out, you will see new options appear on the members page that you did not see before:

View/manage all Trashed MailBoxes
Other manageable MailBoxes

When you create a new mail box,
the mail will be sent to the trash bin by default. Click on "View/manage all Trashed MailBoxes"

If you wanted the incoming mail for the mike email box to go to one email address and the testme (spam email), to go to yet another address, simply click on Change. Then type in the email address that you would like the boxes to forward to. After making the changes, the boxes will be removed from this list above and placed into the "Other manageable MailBoxes" area.

Click on the "
Other manageable MailBoxes" option on the members page.

Click on mike (or the name of your mail box) to manage the new email box.

If you clicked on "testme" or your other email box you would see the properties of that box as in the example below:

As you can see from these captures, you can choose the same options for all individual boxes separately.

Multiple mail boxes may come in handy for other household members or those that have a company with different email addresses. Others may choose to have all email deleted by default and then filter each box to only allow mail from approved email addresses which is yet another anti-spam method.
