Multiple Addresses
Spam-Stopper is not hard to use. Simply
follow the instructions below. If you need any help or have any questions, please
feel free to contact our technical support
department.
There
may be times that you want certain email addresses that you gave out, to be sent
to multiple email accounts that you may own. There may be other times that you
simply want to forward all of your email to more than one email address. (possibly
to share Mailing lists or the ability to save carbon copies elsewhere, etc.)
The
box above is simply saying that it does not matter what you put in front of the
@ symbol when giving out an email address, all mail will be sent to your default
email account. In the example above, all email that is sent to your host would
go to scott@theproxyconnection.com or in other words your real email address.
If
you had more than one email address, you could have duplicates of all incoming
email sent
to other addresses that you own.
To add
additional email addresses click on the "ADD another forward E-mail address"
option and type in your additional address. After you confirm the addition you
will see:
Now
all incoming email would be sent to both of the addresses that are shown in the
box above. If you ever need to change one of the email addresses, click on Change,
or to delete it from the list click on Delete.
You can also create multiple
email boxes if you want some mail sent to one place, while other email is sent
to yet
other addresses that you own. For more information
about this option, see the section on this web page called "Creating
multiple mail boxes".
