Using Secure Mail
Spam-Stopper is not hard to use. Simply
follow the instructions below. If you need any help or have any questions, please
feel free to contact our technical support
department.
Now
that the spam problem has been solved, you still need to protect your real email
address from being shown when you send email or reply to email that you have received.
To
do this, normally you would need to change your "reply to" address in
your email program, each time that you send or reply to an email. If you have
a simple way to do this yourself, great! If not, simply follow the instructions
found below to send or reply to your mail easily, without the fear of giving out
your real email address.
Click on the "Secure Web Mail server"
option found on the Spam-Stoppers members page.
1.
In the 'reply to" address line type in the email address that you want them
to see the message being sent from. i.e. If you gave them the address, (hotmailer@your-user-name.spam-stopper.net)
you would type that into the Reply line. This will keep your real email address
hidden when you send or reply to email. NOTE: If you make an error on the address
you may miss their reply. Always be sure that your host and domain are correct
after the @ symbol.
2. Type in your Spam-Stopper user name. 3. Type
in your Spam-Stopper password.
After clicking on OK, you will see:

Click
on "New Letter" and then enter the address to send to, the subject and
the message text as shown below. If you are sending more than one message during
this session, you can change the From line to send multiple messages without the
need of going back to the first step.
It
is this easy! Your message has been sent and the person getting the message, only
has your spam-stopper email address. The headers will not show your real ISP or
connect you in any way with your REAL email address.
If you choose to save
all mail to your local mail box or make mail box accounts that save to the local
mail box, you can use the secure mail reader to read, send and reply over this
secure connection.
